The vision for Chili’s® in the UK is straightforward: a network of high-quality, full-service restaurants that deliver a genuinely differentiated experience in markets where that experience isn’t currently available, operated by partners who take pride in what they build.
We want to look back in ten years at a brand that entered the UK with the right partners, the right standards, and the right mindset, and built something that mattered.
Building something which lasts
Our model of partnering with investors in our target markets has proven highly effective as we’ve expanded Chili’s® across more than 31 countries, and we intend to apply everything we’ve learned from that process to the UK. Selective site identification, patient territory development, and partnership agreements designed around sustainable growth. This is about long-term market entry, not aggressive expansion for its own sake.
We are only interested in partners with the operational depth to develop them properly over time. That means multi-site agreements, not individual unit sales. So, if you’re thinking about what one restaurant looks like, this probably isn’t the right fit. If you’re thinking about what 10, 20 or even more restaurants will look like in five to seven years, we’re speaking the same language.
Your role as a UK partner
As a Chili’s® UK partner, you will play a key role in establishing and growing one of the world’s most recognised casual dining brands within the UK. Your early sites will establish the template: proof of concept, operational standards, team capability, supply chain relationships. Subsequent sites will benefit from everything the earlier ones built.
The infrastructure behind you
Chili’s® UK partners have access to everything that has made the brand what it is today: globally refined operating systems, comprehensive training programmes, established supply chain infrastructure, and brand and marketing frameworks developed over five decades.
Format options range from compact, high-throughput venues suited to transport and entertainment environments, to full-service flagships in major retail and leisure destinations, giving you genuine flexibility to build a diverse, resilient multi-unit enterprise right across the UK’s varied site landscape.
